What's in the ESM?
The Exhibitor Services Manual (ESM) is your one-stop shop for everything you need to outfit your booth. All services are ordered directly through the ESM portal — early ordering saves money.
Standard and high-amp drops, lighting packages, and temporary power
Dedicated wired internet, Wi-Fi hotspots, and phone lines
Tables, chairs, counters, flooring, and display cases
Drayage, crates, forklift services, and freight coordination

Early-Order Discount
Significant savings available when you order through the ESM before the advance order deadline. Rates increase substantially for floor orders placed during setup.
Order Early — Order Once
All service contractors operate exclusively through the ESM. Outside vendors are not permitted for utility services inside the show facility.
